The daughter of a friend from work made this awesome guy for me. His name is Pickle King (some folks call him Pickle Chef because his crown is so tall). Great job, Chloe! I can't wait to see what you make next!
I haven't posted in over a week. But I had a good reason. I was preparing to open a shop on Etsy.com. And tonight I did just that. You can now purchase a select few of my creations over the interwebs. Here's the site: heysoupface.etsy.com Have a look. No pressure to buy anything. I'd just love people's feedback on how the shop looks!
There once was a bunny who had a boat. One day a friendly octopus came up out of the sea. "Hello" said the octopus to the bunny. The octopus tried to climb into the boat, but he was too heavy and it started to sink. The little bunny couldn't swim so it was a good thing he'd brought a life preserver. "Sorry!" said the octopus. The End.
This was the second time I used Sculpey. I didn't want to make anything too crazy since I'm still not entirely sure how to properly bake the stuff. But to compensate for the overly simplistic character I made him a sweet little cart.
I carved this strange man out of wood some years ago for a movie I never made. The movie would have been a stop motion opus about a robbery orchestrated by Santa Claus and a strange band of ne'er do wells. The only bit of work I did on the movie was make this fellow.
